Hussein Execution to be Delayed?

Earlier I mentioned that Hussein's hanging had to be carried out within 30 days of the decision, but upon further reading, I believe it is within thirty days of the sentence or decision reaching finality. The appeal itself has no time limits, so the actual execution could be pushed back several months until the decision is finalized.
